Dear sir, I have booked the tickets of my father, mother and my uncle on 08/12/16 through railway counter at arakkonam, vide pnr no[protected] &[protected]. sir due to some domestic problem they are unable to travel. so I cancelled the tickets on 14/12/16, sir still I have not received any refunds from railway, and no information is provided by railway .dear sir I m working in Indian navy as chief petty officer, at arakkonam, sir I request you to help me.
