I am writing to inform you that the parcel we send from Ernakulam Town to Guwahati was not deliverd yet to the party .We send the parcel on 27/03/2016 through the Train Truvandram-Guwahati spcial train no 00658 and the SLR no is 11716.The receipt no R 831558

Eticket not generated but amount deducted from our sbi account transaction id is POS PRCH POS[protected] Date 23/09/2015 From madurai to chennai Egmore by Vaigai Express Please refund the amount 319.05 as soon as possible
