Hi irctc, I have booked a e-ticket in tatkal on subjected pnr. The ticket is confirmed partially, i have booked three ticket but only two tickets got confirmed and i got a ticket confirmation sms by 3:52 am only and my boarding time is 7:50 am. Hence i'm not able to travel. Can i get a refund for this case. If yes, what is the procedures to get my booking amount back. Was this information helpful? | |||
