Southern Railway — Refund | |||||
I've booked a tatkal ticket from chennai central to erode on 11/1/17 for 13/1/17. But the train was delayed more than 10hours. So I registered a tdr as I wasn't travelling on the train and got a acknowledgement stating that it would be refunded. But I've not got any further update apart from that either from Indian railways inspite of my complain in their website. I tried calling 139 but no was not working. So how to get this refund from southern railways for this ticket? Anyone can help me on this ? Was this information helpful? | |||||
