Southern Railway — Refund repudiated | |||||
I had booked an e-ticket to travel from howrah and yeshvantpur on 09th may 2016 and the date of journey was 14th may 2016. The ticket was booked in class 3a for three passengers. All three tickets were in waiting list while i booked. However after chart preparation only one of the ticket was confirmed. Since all the tickets were not confirmed we did not travel and filed a tdr on the same day. However the tdr status is showing as tdr repudiated. I want to know the reason why this has been repudiated. Below are the details of the transaction: Transaction id-[protected] Registration no[protected] Date of journey-14-may-2016 Date of booking-09-may-2016 Tdr filing date 14-may-2016 Reason-party patially confirmed/waitlisted and all passengers did not travel.
