They have very bad customer support especially after the delivery.
In my case i placed an order but not delivered and even refund is not given even after 20 days.
If we send email they just give an complaint number stating that you will get call from there executive with in 24 hrs which will never happen.
Tried to contact customer care will get default background music for some time and there after no tone
doesn't know what is happening

Hi there
This is frustrating. Please note the delivery man asked me to provide a Google map of my address. I was not interested in providing the same for security reasons. However, later on, I sent it. Despite sharing the google location of my address, he cancelled the order stating it was too late to deliver items.
Upon checking mail, SPAR, India initiated a refund of INR 255.25. It’s important to note that I paid INR 371.75 through a credit card, and hence there is a discrepancy of INR 146.50. I have no idea why SPAR India is penalizing me for INR 146.50. What is my fault?
I bought total 18 items and paid INR 371.75 while refund processed only for 11 items which cost INR 225.25
