Spark Broadband — Continuous disconnection of internet | |||||
Dear Team, I am facing continuous disconnection of internet from spark broadband services. My plan is for 1year 2gb 10mbps speed for Rs6000/-. I'm facing this problem Sean's i renew my internet service. I have raise complaint several times but their customer care executive always reply that due to power cut your service is disconnected. This happen in 2 weeks of every month since i use this service for this year. Also my speed is 2gb 10mbps per month after 2gb speed is 1mbps but my service provider give me spped only 15kbps. This was checked by one of their engineer when they visit at our home for wire problem. Every time I called to customers service but they reply us as your service is start after 1-2 hrs. But it takes 2 days for resolution however their isuue resolution TAT is 24hrs. And I'm continuously facing this problem in every month and after evry 2 weeks.
