[Resolved] Spark Broadband — Refund not processed in over 3 months. | |||||
Spark broadband was my internet service provider. I renewed my account in the month of Feb for 4 months and paid them a total of around 1395. However from the 18th of Feb the internet stopped working. When I enquired about this, the officials from Spark broadband had informed that there was an issue between them and the local operator and thus they would not be providing Internet in our area. They also informed that a refund will be processed in 7 days. I waited but there was no refund. On the 11th of March Spark broadband asked me to email them about this, which I did and I followed up regularly about the refund but the officials only kept giving me false promises and did not refund the amount even till today. I emailed them and also got a reply that it will be done in 7 working days but tilll today nothing happened. It's been over 3 months but no refund at all. I have attached the complaints that I have raised. And also an image that proves I have not been using the internet post 18th Feb 2016. I am sad to know about your concern. I am also a Spark Broadband consumer and have been through same experience. I have been promised that I would be getting a call coming Monday on refund details. I hope they stick to their words and process refund for me and you as well.
