Spark Broadband — Internet service | |||||
I am Priyanka Thakur and [protected] is my registered phone number with spark broadband network. The internet service it is providing is pathetic. The internet goes off for hours (12hr+) and when you call the customer service they say it will take 2hrs to resume as they are facing technical issues. This is twice or thrice every week and it has been over a month now. The customer service has no response to this and when asked about what is wrong they will just say we will fix it soon. Also the service is so bad that the engineer came to fix my router even though there was no problem with the router but with the network and the engineer came 3 days after the complaint was made. This is the worst internet connection I've ever experienced. If this does not get fixed soon I will have to file a I myself am an engineer ans with consumer court and cancel my service. I am serious about filing a case against Spark as this is the worst experience of my life and I have lost money in the NSE because of this. So I hope this is the last time I have to complaint or I will cancel my service and file a case. Was this information helpful? | |||||
