Spark Broadband — internet service is down from last 5 days & customer care number we have is not available.

I have 3 month package subscription. Each day there is connectivity problem for at least 2 to 3 hours daily. But this time from 28 august due to heavy rain the service is down completely. I tried to contact with customer care but the number is not responding not even i m getting any dailer tone ringing as if the number not even exist. Please take action against them for fraud case. I am losing my money and time due to this.

My internet is disconnected from last 1month. Did u find a way to connect to this people. I have 2numbers of spark employee but they are not helping .

I[censored] also didn't get any response, let's call this guys everyday, so at some point they have to provide proper support.
