I got message that your complaint is resolved. i would like to ask on witch basis you resolved the complaint (cs218422 and ca215780) without solving the issue. I have attached the photos please look into this, i complained on 24th june 2016 and today is 20th july, since the complained is not solved and you are releasing the complaint. what's make the seance. I am going complaint against your organisation (spark broadband). and mr. sajid is saying that he didnt received box from upper level i. e. higher member's, it will take 2 day's since 24th june he is giving such excuses. Without resolving issue how you can send sms to customer that your issue is resolved. we pay your service not for your excuses Was this information helpful? | |||||
