Spark Broadband — Payment not received my payment and no one responsible for the same | |||
Hello, I have paid Rs 3200 for new connection of internet broadband of Spark Broadband. Spark broadband's executive(Mr. Surendra Mishra) came at my home and taken Rs 3200 and fill the form for new connect of internet service of 3 months services. He was telling that you will get installation in next 2-3 working days. Till one week, I did not get any installation from that side and I called him for regarding my connection. He was telling that we are not able to give you service on your area and we will refund your money. I'm calling that guy for my refunds since last four month and every day I call to call center also. They are not take any action the same. I went to spark broadband corporate office (Malad). They are telling in next week you will get your cheque on your home address, but i m getting. I don't know that what they are doing. They are cheating to customer. Please tell me what I do for getting my money. ... My experience with this company is very very bed. I am suggest please do not use these service because there are lot off good services provide in market.
