This company is a piece of #. I have a year's subcription of internet connection but half of the time their internet doesnt work at all. Even i upgraded to their advance plan but still no use. The customer care number is unavailable 9out of 10 times and i case if you are lucky to get hold of them they will just opologize the customer to calm down the frustrated customer and will say your complaint has been registered and we will send the technican within 24hrs but after that no response and you will just wait for their technician who never comes. Its a fraud company who just takes money from customer and after the customer has to suffer. There is no care for customers. Such companies should be closed down as their are just meant for consumer harassment and money eating. Height of harrasment is that even if they come to fix any fault either they will say u need to change this and that. For few. Days the internet will work and after that again the same story.
