Spark Broadband — Unavailability of service | |||||
I would like to share my experience with spark broadband internet service provider. I am a resident of mumbai and two months back i subscribed to internet services of spark broadband. The company does not has much customers in my locality but still they were ready to setup and start. The service worked fine as promised for the first month but from second month i started facing issues. I found out that firstly they had not setup their dedicated boxes on my terrace building and illegally plugged in their devices into the boxes setup by other service provider. As soon as the other service provider found out this, they removed all the connections that were setup by spark broadband's people. That marked the beginning of my trouble. Post that spark broadband was unsuccessful in setting up their own box for atleast a week. After they managed to do so, the service did resume but for brief amount of time. Post that there were frequent disconnects and unavailability. It has been two weeks that i have been without internet and this is impacting me and my father's buisness as he works from home and has dependency on internet service for his business. The pain that i have faced is: 1. There is no clear accountability of work by spark broadband. Everytime i try to contact their officials, i do not get a response. I have to daily log a complaint in their customer care number which does not work most of the time. 2. I have sent multiple emails to them about the issue but i do not get a response from them. They have stated on their website that we can use the email id for addressing any issues but that seems to be not the case. 3. Their officials are the most unprofessional people i have ever come across. They don't respond to calls. If they do, the only answer they give is they are on leave. Whoever comes at my place for resolving my problem does not has clear idea on how to solve it. They take close to 3-4 hours atleast to fix it. I have asked them multiple times to refund me the amount and remove their connection from my building so that i can approach some better and professional service provider for the same but haven't heard back from them. Update as of Saturday, 21st May - Finally post asking for refund multiple times during the week, I have now got the refund request initiated from their end. I would be getting a call from them on Monday, 23rd May. I hope they stick to their words and give me a call accordingly. Thanks.

daily our internet service is not active in the morning and also in the afternoon. There are major issues for last almost one month.
We are also unable to reach on the phone provided ie[protected], after two rings the phone gets disconnected.
How do we reach them? Totally irresponsible team.

My internet is disconnected from last 1month. Did u find a way to connect to this people. I have 2numbers of spark employee but they are not helping .
