I have been using Spectranet for quite some time now.
Problems with Spectranet started from the very beginning as their representatives had assured 24x7 broadband connection and had assured to install power backup for their fiber optic connections within 10 days of installing all the fiber optics in the premises, however, it's been a long time and even after several complaints nothing has been done till date.
Moreover after using their broadband service for an introductory period of six months, I had started noticing frequent disruption in services, slow broadband speeds, and early consumption of the bandwidth. And when you try to lodge your complaint against all this, what you get is something like - "All our customer care representatives are busy with other customers", and even after waiting for minutes to hours, you still are not connected to any customer care representative. Thus, you can not register your complaint.
Now with their absurd billing process, whenever you want to get your subscription renewed, you pay money for entire six months(as in my case), but you get broadband services for 12-15 days less as Spectranet generates invoice for 28 days each month.
And then they say that they are providing top 1% broadband service in India. Was this information helpful? |
