Hi, We always have intermittent loss of connectivity despite repeatedly lodging complaints. This is unacceptable and if this is not resolved completely we will be forced to disconnect services and complain on the customer court forum.     1. They took 10 days to resolve a major network outage in the area of Wakad, Pune without in anyway compensating for the issue. 2. They have enrolled me for a yearly google unlimited plan which makes youtube free, but they're still counting the youtube data and have enforced fair usage policy. I've asked for a refund on pro-rata and they're saying they won't be able to refund because of company policy. 3. They now have a new plan which has Free unlimited data at 20mbps but haven't moved me over to that yet. I'm extremely disappointed by their service.

      Pathetic Customer Service

        Worst customer service and poor quality of internet services

        I have paid for the Spectranet Unlimited Advantage 1249Rs plan which has promised a download speed of 20Mbps. I paid for 3 months a sum of Rs 4210. Their sales representative assured that if we do not like the services we cant get the connection disconnected within 10 day and our money will be refunded. IT took 5 days for them to install the connection and on the very first day we faced issues our airtel 2Mbps connection was working faster...

        Hello, I have been a spectranet broadband customer. But my net connection stopped working on 28th April and i have been calling customer care daily since then sometimes more than once a day. Its been more than 9 days and they have not been able to resolve the issue. I had asked for disconnection of the service due to such poor responses, but i have not heard back from them yet.           Spectranet is a fake internet service provider. They provides net connection to local cable operators, who distributed connection to the final consumer. At the time of connection, they took Rs 700 + Rs 1900(2mbps plan). All plans are prepaid. The problem arose from the vary first week. Every week you will get minimum 10problems, sometimes slow, not available. After trying to contact the agent, they don't take any responsibility. They just arguing with the customers.             Broadband not working I am from Bangalore, I have been a spectranet broadband customer for 1+ year now. The Internet Service is highly un-reliable. There are frequent breakdowns and whenever there is a breakdown of service, the customer support is not reachable. This has happened to me multiple times. Every now and then, the Internet is not working and when I try to call them I get an automated message "We are always there to help you." I had filed a complaint on 20.3.2015 with the ticket no: [protected] and I was told by the customer care Executive that the complaint will be attended to within 8 hours of lodging of the complaint. every day I had to remind their customer care executives and its more that 5 days now and no body turned up. Highly disappointing service. Such stupid and unprofessional behavior has disappointed me!!! I believe that spectranet should be taken to court for not delivering on the promises they make.

              Internet is not working form last 14 days and they did not give any single statisfactory reply, thier customer care executive just give execues from last 14 days that it will be resolved in 4 hours, tommorow moring, today evening and again tommorow moring... they kept us on hold for 3 times saying they are tranferring call to supervisor and hanged up phone after keeping on hold for 30 minutes, now they are weaving 344rs to my spectranet accoount.. what should i do with my money in my spectranet account i have already paid for 6 month and i dont want to contnue with spectranet once this 6 month is over...also 344 rs ? for 14 days our monthly charger is around 1300 rs and they are giving 344 rs for 14 day loss...still not sure when issue will be fixed... this is the worst service ever and I want my fulll money back and also they have to pay for this harrashment... because it is not just monetary loss we got but mentally they have harassed customer like anything...please do something if you can.

                I write this with extreme disappointment from spectranet. I literally feel cheated having taken their services. Following is the series of incidences that have happened and annoyed me 1. The business development person Mosin Khan whose contact number is [protected] Collected 2600/- from me promising an exclusive offer under which if I pay for three months in advance I can avail an additional 30 day free internet service. 2. All of a sudden my internet connection has been disconnected after three months telling me that there is no exclusive offer that was offered. 3. After the sale was closed, Mosin Khan vanished. He never answered my call. While I tried to reach him through different numbers he never spoke to me. I have recorded evidences of this. 4. I raised a complaint ticket via website as well customer care support however no action has been taken on this. The customer support executives are really not interested in listening to their poor customers. I think they are used to knowing this. 5. Moreover I posted this on the Facebook page of Spectra net. No action taken. 6. Now I get calls from spectranet who are trying to sell me their new plans. How shameless! I need an immediate solution to my problem. With such a poor customer service, I promise spectranet does not have a life more than 2-3 years. A company is not only run by engaging customers but an equal customer service. Neglecting the customer, assuming that he’s already in the trap now, will not take you much ahead.

                  Hello I applied for a new broadband connection with Spectranet on 5th March 2015 in Bangalore. They took 3 months advance rental Rs 4210 and didnt land up in time to set up the connection after multiple reminders and as there was a delay from their side in setting up the connection, i have been asking for a refund of this Rs 4210 for the last 10-12 days now. They had brought in a card swipe machine and took the money at the time of booking in the name of Citycom Networks Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. Even after calling up their call center and posting on their Facebook page they are not bothered to revert. Their employees Manjunath and Sudarshan with phone numbers [protected] and[protected] are not picking calls and not reverting. Need help in getting a refund. Vikas Malhotra [protected]

                    spectranet took my money by making forgery by miss commitment. One of their senior executives gave me wrong information and assurance. They mentally harassing me I had spoken to them 1-1hour call and result my time and mind got tensioned too much.. Please take some necessary action because they making fool of peoples. This is unethical and illegal.

                      This is a complaint regarding the bandwidth i receive on my Spectranet plan. I pay for a 50Mbps bandwidth and receive only 5-10Mbps in the best case scenario. I tried raising this concern with the complaints department of Spectranet but after taking all the details from me and making me stay on the line for close to 30 minutes, they hang up the call. This has happened to me 3 times already today.

                        hi, i am from c-1302, jaipuria sunrise apartment indrapuram .I am extremely unhappy with your services and i called customer care several times and still your engineer has not visited my premises yet. I am computer graduate and i know the problem area as there are too many connections on my node .Therefore, I am experiencing slow speed of just 3mb/s and my plan is of 20mb/s unlimited. I am losing business because of you .Moreover, last week your engineer visited my place and he is helpless in this regard and said the different will take care of it . If you are running the business you should full fill the commitment with your customers or stop doing business in such a way.

                            I am using spectraner internet, since last one week my Internet connection is not working. I had already logged complaints but still did't get any response. It was my mistake that I had already paid 6 month in advance and when I asked them to discontinue my connectin and refund my money of balance month they are very clear that we dont have any refund policy. Neither they are able to solve the issue with in time frame, , calling customer care will give you same answer that we are very sorry for inconvinience cause to you. I am forwarding your issue or priority basis and it will be resolved with in 4 hrs or 7 hrs 5-6 are over but not a single technical person visited the site.

                              My Name is Umesh Jain staying in Pune. I have a broadband connection from Spectranet. Since start of this month. I have raised a complaint which was not resolved till date. Now one of their customer care no. is not working and the other paid number customer care no. is on auto mode parroting "all our customer care representative are handling other customer" They are such a thug who will harp on customer money and not provide the services to them.

                                I had worst nightmare experience by going for Spectranet services. I had chosen Spectranet services over others as they were offering higher speed at a lower cost. But to inform you all this is the most unreliable service with worst customer service experience. I got this services installed in last week of Jan'15. And ever since I got the connection. The internet gets disconnected after every 30-45 minutes. So far I have raised 6 tickets, change 3 routers, spent endless amount of time with customer service team over the phone but nothing seems to resolve the issue. The issue is open since last 7 weeks now. To make the matter worst, Spectranet offer technician to come to my place, I wait for an entire day at home for a technician, but nobody turns up. The customer service team is highly unresponsive and are just there to close tickets without resolving the concern. Please save your time and energy and go for some other providers in Pune (Wakad) area, as Spectranet is going to drive you crazy.

                                  I had an Internet outage on 22nd February. I waited for a day and then tried calling their call center for 2 days, but I was kept on hold for over 15 minutes each time and no one picked up the call. Finally on 25th, I got through and I asked them to check. They did the usual routine of asking me to unplug the wire and restart the router etc. but nothing worked. Finally, on 26th the formally took a complaint (#[protected]). It has now been 6 days and there has been no resolution. The ERT was supposed to be 28 Feb, but nothing happened. Since the last 4 days, I have been calling them almost 3-4 times every day and each time I get the same response that "We will escalate this will fix this by 8pm on same day. You will get a call from the engineer". But neither do I get a call, nor is the issue fixed. And I have unfortunately taken a 1 year subscription with them and cannot even get my money back. Such providers should be boycotted and charge-sheeted for fraud.

                                    i was promised that on payment of 6 months subscription in one go i will be given one month free of service ad same has been written on the receipt bearing serial no 16954 dated 09/08/2014 for spectranet, a scanned copy of which is attadched herewith.
                                    Now after six months of service the connection is diconnected and when customer care was contacted they refused about any such scheme and are not even willing to have a look at the receipt.
                                    Sir this means that to extract payment from customer these big companies can go to any extent of fraud as there is no one to catch hold of them.So being a common man i request you to look into the matter and provide justice to us as studies of our children is also being affected because of all this.Now a days internet is must for all the projects and studies.
                                    so i request you to take action immedately.
