Spectranet — Really Bad Bad Service from Spectranet

I have register a request with Spectranet for shifting my Wi-Fi connection within my house. They had asked to make payment of Rs500 online which I have already done. Still there is no update from them. I called up them 3 times but each time their representative say "They Have ESCALATED it" but still there is no response. I have dropped in the e-mail to there care, support and appeal e-mail ID but there is no response. Seems Spectranet is not bothered about their business. Dont know if there is any other way to get this issue resolved. If any one has any suggestion, that will be very helpful. Thank you.
