I have opted spectranet in pimple saudagar and paid 3 months advance charges of rs about rs 2500 but internet is not working.after doing multiple follow ups with customer care i am not getting any response and daily these people are fooling me.i want to discontinue the service and repay my money back to me but that too they are not doing. This is pathetic service they are providing.please do snething so that i can get my money back.

    Really Bad Bad Service from Spectranet

    I have register a request with Spectranet for shifting my Wi-Fi connection within my house. They had asked to make payment of Rs500 online which I have already done. Still there is no update from them. I called up them 3 times but each time their representative say "They Have ESCALATED it" but still there is no response. I have dropped in the e-mail to there care, support and appeal e-mail ID but there is no response. Seems Spectranet...

    Hi, I opted for spectranet wifi connection on 8/2/2015. According to them they had to give the connection within three days. But because of reasons unknown, they haven't given the connections till today i.e. 18/02/2015. I am tired of calling the customer care people as they keep delaying it. Plus, they do not respond to the calls and have even kept my call on hold of 40mins(Customer care executive name: Abhishek, Number:[protected]). I have already paid a three months advance(Rs 4200/-) to the salesman via credit card. Now they are neither refunding the money nor setting up the connection. I have called the customer care for more than 10 times but the issue has not been resolved. This is the worst experience I have ever had.     Where are you located ? . If connection is not yet provided then you can demand for refund stated your connection not yet active . You are not requested to cancel the connection, so in that case they should provide the amount .

      4th Feb 2015 - I have received a message that service will be down till 8:00PM and after that there is no outage message. It means net should work after 8:00 PM . When I reached at flat net was not working and I was not able to complete my pending work. I thought it may work by next day. 5th Feb 2015 - On this day also net was not working. I was in a impression that there might be some problem with fiber cable. 6th Feb 2015 - Net was down and I called up on their customer care number and registered a complain. Customer care executive has informed me that issue will be resolve in 8 Hours. 7th Feb 2015 - I have called them multiple times to check the status. According to customer care executive, engineer is assigned to ticket [protected]. 8th Feb 2015 - Multiple follow up on this day too and They are not even able to provide me engineer name / contact number . Even not able to connect me to higher management. 9th Feb 2015 - Finally I was able to get the contact number of their supervisor . No update from customer care team for issue resolution and manager 10th Feb 2015 - They have arranged a callback from supervisor but I did not received any call . Even I have called him multiple times and he has not responded to me. Customer care team has kept me on hold for more than 30 minutes.I have called them to send me a report about steps which are taken to fix the issue, hours spend on that.Avinash contact number : [protected] 11th Feb 2015 - They close the ticket without resolving the issue. I have a word with Aman and he said net services will be up in next 8 hours and he created a new ticket. 12th Feb 2015 - Customer care team kept me on hold for 40 minutes and no solution to issue. 13th Feb 2015 - They closed the second ticket to show that they have fixed issue before time, but in relaity they have not fix the issue and created 3rd ticket . I had a word with Shubham and abhishek from there team . Received a call [protected], Customer care team and they requested to give them a day and they will fix it by tomorrow ( 14th Feb 2015 ) 14th Feb 2015 - They were not able to fix the issue. I had a word with Shubham and he again asked for a day to fix the issue. 15th Feb 2015 - No solution and ******* services . Kept me on hold for more than 45 minutes . I had a word with Manoj this time. Also I have contacted there pune channel partner . Anant : [protected], Engineer in Pune Rohit : [protected] 16th Feb 2015 - Now I had a word with new person satyam and they need one more day . They are not ready to refund the amount.         This is to highlight that Spectranet has placed my building name on their website & mentioned that services are available. When asked about the connection, they came within 24 hours & took a quarterly payment from me. After that they spent 3-4 days before coming to do the wiring & then spent another week before they stated that there was no Fiber connection in the building. Now they are not responding on calls or mails regarding my refund & its been almost 2 weeks now. Please be careful before you subscribe to Spectranet or better still dont do it at all. My complaint no at Spectranet call centre is [protected] to which there has been no response.
        lets connect and file a case on them, drop me a mail on dj.[protected]@gmail.com . I need few guys who can support me in filling a case
        The same has happened with me. They have taken a three months advance via credit card.
        Kindly find a solution to this problem and get the money refunded.
        These Spectranet guys keep logging new tickets every month & stating that the payment will be delayed by another 30 days. This has happened without me calling or sending them any email. This looks like a proper business of taking your money & sitting on the interest or keeping the money if the customer does not continue followups. If there are others interested in filing a case together please let me know.
        New Spectranet Ticket No given is [protected]. I found out about this ticket no because I called up today since 1 month has passed.

          As per spectranet to avail all plans you need to take the yearly or half yearly subscription. Otherwise you will get less speed and less download limit for the same plan. My problem is that when they take the yearly plan, they are not providing the proper bill. The bill displays the amount as Zero. Which is of no use as someone cannot produce it for reimbursement. Instead they can provide the bill amount as actual bill amount and balance in your account. Asking spectranet to change their billing system.

            I am really disappointed by taking Spectranet Services. Services of Spectranet are really very poor. Even the Customer Care is also not very good. They are not capable of resolving the queries of the customers. I told one of the executive MR Sachin Gupta and to transfer the call to one of his Senior Member/Floor Manager and he has refused to do so. I have logged a complaint ([protected] ) regarding the slow speed of internet. Technical executive called me to check the speed with LAN cable. Speed by using LAN cable is fine but while using Wifi Router it is worst. I have purchased WIfi Router from Spectranet only. NOw they are saying that we are claiming speed 16Mbps by using LAN cable but not by using Wifi. They are saying that we are supporting only Wifi Router but we are not supporting why the speed is slow from Wifi Router.

              When I say worst I mean it. Here is how it goes. I asked for a new connection and the spectranet guys said that they will make the connection in 2 days. I made an advance payment of 3 months. After 2 days when connection was not made. I called them up and they said it will done by evening 4 o clock. When I called at 5 then he said it will be done by 6. this way they dragged till 8 o clock. At 8 o clock they said it will be next day. next day same thing started again. And next day when I became aggressive then they messaged that they will not do the connection and I can lodge a ticket to get my money back. They made me buy a new Wifi device. Now I am stuck. They have 3 months advance which I don't know whether I will get back or not. Now coming to the behavior of the employees. This person named Santosh talked in such a way as if he is doing a favor to me. When I called his manager (Surya) he talked in a similar manner. He started explaining me how their company works and started shouting that I should behave professionally and should not be angry. Really a bad experience. I would strongly suggest not to go for spectranet.

                I have raised complaint at Spectranet as my connection is not working since 3rd Dec. But they have not done anything about it. Its 8th Dec today & neither the customer care support connect to their seniors nor they talk properly. THey say to connect to Engineer yourself if he is not contacting you for the problem. WHat kind of service is this ? I am paying the bill for Spectranet in advance every month & I expect better service from them. Pls take action against them. My complain ID: [protected].                 Pathetic Internet service. It has been only 3 weeks, I took this connection and facing hell lot of problems. It is so irritating that after every two days the Internet is down due to outage for one complete day. I have paid advance for 3 months and now suffering, as their is no refund.Worst Internet service, please do not go for Spectranet.
                My Internet is not working from last Saturday. We call customer care many times but no action has been taken. Every time I get the same reply that your issue will be resolved soon.

                  Hello Sir/Madam, I herewith would like to complain regarding the Spectranet Internet provider. I had taken the plan with 8 GB plan and bill amount was 785/- per month. This continued for 4 months and then last month they changed the Plan from 8 GB to 16 GB usage and also the bill amount from 785 to 899 /- without any prior notification and confirmation from customer. I got to know that my last months bill ( nov'14) is 899/- after i rec'd the bill for the same. I requested them to give me the old plan and they have come up with different stories on that.                       Hi, Even after repetitive follow up with customer care and appellate authority, I have not yet received my refund amount after even 4 months. I had Paid the 3 months advance rental on Jul 06, due to technical issue the installation could not be done, Thus requested for the refund amount. Now I am running from pillar to post to get my money back but still nothing has been done. Everytime a new ticket is created and am asked to wait for 45 days. So far i have been given about ten tickets. They just close the ticket and create a new one making it look like its a new ticket and refund processing will take 45 days. I have been really disappointed with the service of spectranet and am not able to get my money back. Can someone please look into this and make sure i get the money as soon as possible.                         1. Bought a new spectranet broadband connection on 05-Oct-14. During installation was given only a wired router instead of a wireless router. They told will prove wifi router in a few days. Called/emailed them many times. First their replay was that they dont provide wifi router. After I sent a screenshot of pamplet, they told installation team will respond. But no one has responded so far. The marketing executive who sold still keeps telling it is out of stock and has no idea when he will get it. 2. Spectranet''s so called toll-free[protected] does not work (from BSNL, GSM Karnataka). Have complained regarding this too, but no resolution yet. Only access to them is to their email-id [protected]@spectranet.in, [protected]@spectranet.in; Both these either dont respond or respond slowly with practically useless diplomatic replies; nothing to resolve the issues.

                        I totally agree, They are taking money instantly and ask us to wait to wait for 45 days and even they dont refund. Same case with me i am chasing them since past 4 months and nothing has been done yet. Worst Company Worst Service.

                          We used to use broadband services of spectra net in pimple saudagar, pune. The monthly billing cycle is such that you have to pay the bill for your chosen plan in the beginning of the month before you can avail the services. In the month of august we paid our charges as usual on time . On Aug16, 2014 we faced some issue with the Internet connection & did raised a complain for the same at spectra net customer call. As they had a 48 hour window of resolution we again raised a complain after passing the 48Hr mark. On 19 th or 20th of august an Engg from spectra net did came & checked the WiFi router & found it faulty. As there was shortage of WiFi routers at that moment in that location instead of replacing the router he took the faulty router with out installing a new one at our location. We again tried to communicate our issue to the customer care & the reply was pretty absurd . They said the spectra net has stopped providing WiFi routers to all users & from now onwards only lan routers will be provided. We did tried to convey them that we are not new users so the change in policy should not apply on us. As it weren't looking for lan connected router service so we decided to end the service of spectra net before the next billing cycle starts. I dropped a mail to the customer care for ending the services & refund of our previous month paid amount for services as the net Internet consumption for the month of August was zero due to faulty router & bad service. After couple of days of dropping the mail for request to close the account i got a call from spectra net Delhi customer care which tried to investigate the reason for our request to close the account. After listening to our problem she agreed & promised on call that with in two to three working day we will be getting a wifi router & so no need to disconnect the service . We agreed on that & waited to get the new router(WIFI). After 4 to 5 days when we didn't receive any communication we again dropped a mail to spectra net customer care regarding discontinuing of service & refund of the amount paid for august . As it was already September 10th & we cant afford not to have Internet service as some o[censored]s do work from home. Now they are denying us even the refund for the amount we paid for the month of august citing there is no provision for refund in policy. I have recorded some of my last calls with spectra net just for evidence. Please advice me on what to do in this situation as i have paid Rs 1345 without even using the services of spectra net for a whole month due to their own faulty service & policy confusion regarding lan routers.

                            Hi, Spectranet service has anyways been very very slow and interrupted since the time I have installed it. They even charge a 100 rupee extra fee for late payment of bill, dispite of informing them to send somebody for cheque collection every month, we have been paying 100 rupees extra for late payment. In the last month, my bill cycle began on 21 September till 20 October. My usage limit is 16gb! However Ive been told that I have consumed 19 GB Data from 21 september to 07th October, out of which there was disconnection of sevices for one whole day due to non payment and my computer wasnt even working for 2 3 days in between. It is next to impossible for one person to consume 16gb data in a matter of 6 to 7 days and SPECTRANET claims that their reports are correct. After calling customer service 3 times, out of which first two times they claimed of some techincal issue and sending a engineer to my place, after for days and three calls my phone agent tells me i have exceeded my data limit. Seriously? This is really and I want URGENT RESOLUTION OF THIS ISSUE. I asked the associate to disconnect my spectranet service and he once without hesitation launched customer dsicontinue request. Seriously is this how much u guys value yiur customers?

                              Link will be down at least 4 times a week will be up after 6 hours and customer care is a big joke. when you call up customer support they say we are here to help u but the fact is spectranet is there to trouble us. its loosing its clients because of its fiber cut. spectanet all the best ...Please keep up the fire ...

                                My name is Jagadish BS. I have Spectranet Broadband connection for the last 1.5 + years and have paid 6 months advance rntal. Of late there have been frequent disruptions in the service. On Sep 2nd I had complained about the lack of Broadband service and till today (13th Sep) it is not resolved. On 8th Sep, I raised a disconnection request and I was told that there will NOT be any refund of the advance rental that I have paid. I strongly protest this and demand that the remaining amount of the Advance rental that I have paid be refunded to me as I AM BEING FORCED TO DISCONNECT DUE TO LACK OF SERVICE AND DESPITE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS, THE SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN RESTORED. And yesterday I got a call asking me to return the modem when the service is not working. So I asked them to restore the service and when my rental expires I shall return the modem to which they agreed. However the service has not been restored. I demand a refund of my advance rental which I have paid if you cannot restore the service immediately.

                                  I am a customer of vcom for over 1.1/2 yrs. I had been facing some issues on and off but they used to resolve it but from 3rd of Sep. 2014 i m facing issues which is not even attended by any engineer Whenever I used to call them at first they used to say that the engineer will visit. after calling 2, 3 times they have register my complain.and now they r not even picking up my call i have spoken with there senior person but there is no use. Overall the experience was very pathetic with the customer care and the technical assistance.

                                    My internet is not working since last 5 days. I have complaint this to Spectranet Customer care they have logged a complaint which was close after 4 days but the issue is not fixed. I have dropped a mail to Appelate authority (Rajat Arora) but no response. I have already paid for 3 moths in advance. They are not fixing issue, each time customer care gives same response that engineer is assigned to you. there must be some strict action against them.

                                      We have recently availed Spectranet broadband services in our society in Pimple Saudagar. Many people from my society got the connection and most o[censored]s are now frustrated. The service is very unreliable and frequently goes down. Every time it goes down it takes at least 5-6 days for them to fix the issues. In the last 30 days we already had 2 such outages. Forget about the earlier ones. The current outage is also going on from last Tuesday. Even after a week there is no resolution. If you are reading these reviews after a few months and take the connection hoping that the problems would have been resolved by now, then please do not fall into the trap. I took the connection after reading the negative reviews on net and thought that many of the reviews are 6 months older or so. But it seems like Spectranet is not improved at all and they are least bothered about their customers. Even after reading this, if you decide to go for Spectranet, please never take the packaged deals and pay on per month basis. They will tempt you by saying you pay for 3 months in advance and 4th month will be free. But please do not do so as there will be no way out. They do not have any clearly defined refund policy. And if you find the service to be crap after a month or so, you will continue with them frustrated to the hell or simply need to move on and take connection from other service providers and forget the money paid to Spectranet.
