Speed Post — parcel packet

I have posted rakhis to canada on 8th of aug. According to speed post it should teach there in not more than 10days its been nearly 11days still they are laying at tmo. If they not reach on time then what is the use. Of posting it by speed post i would have opted for amazon or any other site which give proper service on time if not delivered on time in that case i need my refund. My parcel number is eh[protected]in. I humbly request you to please do necessary developments so that my rakhis reach there before 26th of aug.
