Speed Wheel Car And Finance — We have been cheated by the dealer

my name is pradnya sampat lagade. I have booked a brand new car modle swift dezire – ldi for (t-prmitt) on my firm name pradnya tours and travels from dealer ms. Speed wheel car and finance, shop no. 2 & 3, below mantra hotel, near shehnai hall, louis wadi service road, thane (w) 400604, tel: 41739999 email : [protected]@gmail.Com on 11/02/2016 after finalizing the final amount of rs. 7, 26, 440.00 (rupees seven lakh twenty six thousand four hundred and forty). In which 1, 90, 480.00 as down payment and balance as loan amount. I made down payment of rs. 20, 000.00 (rupees twenty thousand) by cheque (cheque no. 621902 dated 11/02/2016 of axis bank, chembur branch) with reciept no. 4854. Dealer assused us the car to be dilevery after 15 days on (date 27/02/2016) and also further process. But on 26/02/2016 i recived the call from dealer office (ms. Speed wheel car and finance) that the selected modle is not available and having high demand for same in market so we are sorry you can cancel the order and take the refund amount of rs. 13, 000.00 after deducting of rs. 7000.00 as cancellation charges. Then we had a talk with there owner mr. Santosh mandal mob. No. [protected] on 16/03/2016, after an argument on deduction amount, he finally promised to pay full amount without any deduction. He told to give us a special offer on any other modle if we wish to buy. We got convensed and decided to get hyundai i-10 sports. We finally got all the final amout to be paid for hyudai i-10 sport. The final amount was 4, 88, 255.00 with company fitted cng and told to pay a amount of rs. 1, 66, 355.00 as down payment. The next day when we went pay the downpayment amount we got an issue in the sudden increase in rate but any way as we want to buy the car we agreed to pay the extra amount and made down payment of rs. 1, 74, 000.00 (rupees one lakh seventy four thousand) by cheque (cheque no. 108592 dated 17/03/2016 of state bank of india, chembur branch) dealer assused us the car to be dilevery within a week with registration no on (date 24/03/2016). But they failed on there commitment. Every ulternate days we have call then and ask for the car delivery. They never response us properly and use to say call after 2 days. Finally we got the car on 17/04/2016 but with fake number plate (mh03-cb7468) with insurance paper in which car no was not included and also demanded rs. 13000.00 extra emi any how we paid him the amount by cheque (cheque no. 108593 dated 17/03/2016 of state bank of india, chembur branch). After an argument he returned the cheque. After two days when we had a cross cheque of the car no. Plate (mh03-cb7468) we came to realized by the rto authority that it is not registered it’s a fake no. When we inform the dealer office about number plate they warned us not call hereafter.
This is to inform you that we have been cheated by the dealer.
