[Resolved]  Spencers — Inferior products with huge prices and fungus affected ones besides selling different brand from one ordered

I have not checked brinjals and corn till now. Don’t know whether they too would turn out to be defective. Spencer’s is delivering products with fungus during this pandemic time and we have recovered from covid just 20 days back. There is always fear of fungal attack which has been declared to be a pandemic. I can see green fungus on all the 4 plums (Charged rs.149.70) requested them to get them picked up tomorrow morning and in the meantime i shall check the other 2 products too. These people are selling stale and bad quality products with huge prices. Even i had ordered fuji apples but was being delivered normal apples at a cost of rs.339. The apples were returned at the time of delivery since the brand was visible from outside the packing.

I ordered food items on 31-5-21(order ID #[protected] order value Rs.706.90) which was delivered on 1-6-21(5 items out of which apples worth Rs.339 were returned and plums worth Rs.149.70 are all covered with fungus.Following up since then but no refund showing and order showing as delivered.Trying to follow up since last 3 days but no action even though e mail with pics were sent.perishables mostly of bad quality.
