              Hi, mera ek transaction 9th sep ki jo ki 2400 rs ki thi 'fino' k dwara, customer ko credit nahi hui. Kai dino se customer care se baat kar raha hu koi bhi solution nahi ho rha... Time badhate ja rahe hain bas.
              Mail bhi karli call par bhi baat karli par kuch ho nahi raha. Is wajah se aaj customer se meri ladai bhi ho gyi.

              Agar aise hi service aapke dwara di jati hai to mai kisi ko reccomend nahi karunga ki aapke sath kaam kare

                        They are simply looting money by appointing distributors everywhere. There is no support for distributors. They are not signing any agreements, even not providing bills for the purchases from company. Their staffs changing every month and the available staffs are not interesting to provide support to customers agents or to distributors. These guys, keralawill call to distributors only for billing after that their phones will not respond to the calls from customers. This is my experience in kerala market @ 2018

                            I bought a mpos machine on august 10. My customer id is 147994. I experienced very poor service from spice digital. After one month mpos machine not working properly, mpos machine accept money, but not transsfer in bank account, i call customer care they dont now about anything, i call company executive and agent who gave me machine, but they are also unable to help me, i think i am in a case of fraud.

                              Spice digital limited have deducted 1180 rupees from my spice wallet. When i riased a compalian thier representative told me that this deduction is made for IRCTC Agent Id renewal charge. In July 2017, When I registered for spice digital limited they told me that once you have to made payment of 9500 rupees for spice portal and IRCTC ID, thereafter you have not to made any payment for lifetime. No renewal or portal charge will be made ever. But they have started monthly portal charge and annual renewal of IRCTC ID. That is unfair.

                                I booked 105 tickets of spice cinemas, noida through their sales person Mr. Mukesh. He quoted me for Sunday 5:30PM show Rs. 210 (Only tickets), to which i agreed and asked him if there is any possible fluctuation of ticket prices or not? Should I wait before paying if there is any? To which he replied NO the TICKET PRICES WILL REMAIN SAME, However I am Requesting my seniors to give you a complimentary coke, to which I was highly appreciating him.

                                Now the fraud comes into play where, I visited Spice Cinemas to book individual tickets(Today 18th May, Friday) and got to know from box office as well as Book my show that the ticket rates for Sunday is actually Rs 150 and not Rs.210. When I called Mukesh to enquire about the same he said yes the tickets are for Rs150 only but we are also giving you coke for 60 and hence the rates are Rs.210.

                                I added that you gave me an option of free coke quoting the final price for ONLY ticket as 210. Otherwise I could have just booked for Rs150 per ticket and save Rs. 60 for each Ticket. I explained him that this is ridiculous that you sell your product for a higher price first and then to cover up you give an offer which the consumer never asked for. He tied me in a call with Mr. Archit saying that he is my senior, he wants to speak to you for the same. I explained the whole situation to which first he said "Its our nature of business" "We are at fault but we can't do any thing about it". I explained him that I have sent invitations to people and it will be highly embarrassing to cancel the show now, at least refund me the coke amount? To which he used such awful words like (Dedh shana) and said you have two options, either apply for whole refund and cancel it, or its going to be the same way as it is.

                                I am simply shattered by knowing this behaviour of spice cinemas being such a big organisation that for hard earned money of people they play such ridiculous game. Since I already have sent my invitations to my guests, I had no choice but to opt. for Rs. 210 per ticket show, forcefully!.

                                I suggest to please spend a little more but NOT to fall into a cheated category like I have fallen into and I strongly "NOT" recommend Spice cinemas. They to embarrass you more say "Take 2-4 passes and forget it". Please be ware of such cinemas to save your hard earned money!

                                  This is to notify that during two aeps transfer the money got debited from my client's bank account but unfortunately the money failed to get credited in my account. I made two transactions on 21/11/2017 both of amount rs-4000.00, but it failed to reach my wallet. Later as per instructions provided by customer care executive and spice distributor in this region, i had made a small withdraw of rs 1000 and updated the bank pass book. But all in vain. So i hereby request you to please see to the problem asap so that i can continue working without any further hassle.

[protected]@spicedigital.in) have no time entertaining the issue. Only full of lies and deceits. The customer care they are managing is a third party customer care. So no possible help.
                                  The whole case has been lingering for more than a month i. E. Around 40 days.
                                  Please see to the problem as soon as possible.

                                    As i want a agency for spice money so i had talk with customer care they said ok our businees team call me back... It was 7-8 days later i didnt received a call from their end but in between i keep on mailing calling but still no reaponse at last i got a response they told me to deposit the money and mail me ur documents with self attested that even i did n said it will be activated within 24 hrs but i didnt received my user id password till now... They only says u will get a call... But gradually after so many days i got a call...
                                    I called on 17th of may 2017 n deposit money on 6th june 2017 after approx 20 days... A sales executive name rahul said after your deposit u will get ur user id and password but today 10th june 2017 i didnt got yet... When i again they only say our concern team will call... But no call came...

                                        I transferred 50rs freeb wallet balance to bank but it showed unknown and debited in freeb wallet.on 5/02/2016 I added money to wallet through payumoney (merchent order Id:fd5d[protected] and my payment Id:[protected] not credited in freeb wallet, i wrote so many times to [protected]@freeb.in but they not responded, but i wrote Facebook messages then they replied on 1/03/2016.until now they not solved my problem
