Denial of boarding pass and no full refund My ticket was booked from cleartrip in the spicejet from varanasi to mumbai. The date of travel was 27th august and the pnr was bd5jjk. The departure time was 7.45 pm. The airlines staff denied the boarding pass at 7.00 pm at that time the boarding was going on at the varanasi airport. On enquiry they informed that they have send the message regarding the preponment of the flight and the time fixed was 7.30 pm. But no such message or mail was received. Further, during conversation they informed that the flight was full, so there was no questions of boarding pass. The spicejet staff and customer care were lying about the message/ mail send. I contacted the customer care for refund of the full amount paid, but they were mentioning for the airport taxes will be refunded. This a very sad affair. The spicejet jet has not informed the schedule change and taking the plea that it was informed. They over booked the ticket and denied the boradind pass. And also they are not refunding the fare collected. Even the ground staff were not at all cooperative in giving the details regarding when the airlines has informed for the preponment of the flight.
