Spice Jet Airlines — delay of flight and still costing customers for little excess baggage

This is to inform that I’m travelling in your flight today from Trivandrum to Mumbai.

Your staff behaviour at Trivandrum is at most in
Dealing of collecting of money for little excess baggage’s & unmanner behaviour.

Are you aware that today’s flight also delay by almost half an hour?
Are your management team willing to pay me compensation for delay flight.

it's been 2 months i haven't received the refund for 2 (below mentioned PNR) canceled tickets which i issued for my dada RAMCHAND MULRAJANI
and there is no reply to my emails also
