I had a booking with spicejet PNR-MYZC7S spiceJet flight SG 765 date 22 march. I just got an email today on 19 march (3 days before) that my flight got cancelled, I looked their website, called them after 15 min hold and got to know there are no alternate flights till next Thursday i.e. 27th March. I asked them to book in another cheapest airline available on weekend and it is very important for Shubhash to travel on weekend and they denied that. I asked them to refund the money atleast till how much another cheapest booking I had to do to travel and they denied that too that they will refund only the amount that I booked this ticket for. I had pre booked this ticket in advance so that I do not have to pay extra and because of the thug operations by such airlines customers like me have to suffer every single time.
I want an alternate booking on 22 or 23rd or I want 6500₹ as a refund which will be my booking cost for another flight now. This will get increased if I get delayed resolution. Was this information helpful? |
