My husband Mayank Mittal travelled by spice jet from Dubai to India...Mumbai.. then he had flight from Mumbai to our place Indore on March 13, 2023.
Spicejet left our baggage in Dubai without informing us.Two hrs of search at airport and taxing paper work being done where they promised to send luggage at our home in a day or two. contact number was given which in turn no one picked up.Mail sent.Today it is 18th, 5 days passed..after ao many follow ups by us it is now at mumbai airport from past two days.(no call from airlines recd).So much mental trauma..our luggage not yet recd..medicines were there along with other things.We need baggage and compensation for this irregularity.

    I webchecked-in for seat selection and meals on board in the flight SG-328 (scheduled on 11 March 2023) on 09 March 2023. Payment due(Rs. 549) is debited two times from GPay(at 7:14 PM) & PhonePay(at 8:02 PM) but didn't get any confirmation from Spicejet.
    I need to get resolved this issue immediately as I have to book and confirm my ticket for the same.

      SpiceJet has once again rescheduled a flight. It has been very common case with SpiceJet that they put up a flight at the cheapest rate and then reschedule the flight giving some unacceptable reasons.
      This time its flight number SG 695 which was scheduled to depart on 5th April at around 08:40 pm which is rescheduled to 06:40 am.
      Fortunately the change is announced a month before.
      But this has been a regular case with SpiceJet.
      As the Airlines company is not able to function to the customers satisfaction, its a humble request to DGCA to look into the matter and PERMANENTLY BAN the Airlines from functioning on Indian Airbases.
      We as a country are trying to be at our best in all fields and this one Airlines company SPICEJET is trying to defame us in the field of Aviation.

        The below email was sent on the 31st Jan 2023 but until today I have not received a reply.
        The mentioned that the refund has been done to their spicejet office/agent in chennai airport but did not provide the contact no. So how am I supposed to contact them?!...
        None of the numbers available online are in service. Seriously you got to be kidding me Spicejet...what a horrible service!!!
        Flight keeps getting rescheduled...we are foreigners who have booked our tickets and planned our trips accordingly. We can't keep changing our schedule just because Spicejet is unable to keep up to the initial timing..3 reschedules on the same day!...

        I have sent an email earlier regarding my refund from a delayed flight.
        I was told that the refund has been done to the spicejet office in chennai airport.
        I have not received it yet and would like to get the contact number for the agent in chennai domestic airport as all your numbers displayed on the website is not in service.
        I realised that spicejet takes forever to revert on anything so I hope you will be quick in sending me the contact no.as i think its quite a simple and straight forward info.

          I tried to modify my booking of a spicejet flight on 26.01.2023 with Pnr XGT9RA.

          After 3 unsuccessful attempts of 4422 by my side to Spicejet in which all the times payment was deducted from my account, i had to finally pay 4764 from account ending 4500 via UPI (reference number[protected] to Spicejet on call and only then my itinerary got changed.
          I would like to mention that the amount for three of the payments was deducted but no change shown by spicejet.
          One from account number ending from 4500 (reference number[protected]
          and another from ending 7809 (reference number[protected]

          This is very frustrating and not customer friendly. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

            I have booked the tickets on 15/1/23 for dubai to pune return (traveling dates 1/7/23 to 26/8/23) from SpiceJet airlines. As it was being booked with credit card issued by UAE bank. Payment of AED. 2698.10 deducted but airlines have not issued me the ticked instead cancelled my PNR. UCU8GZ. We have called and mailed them so many times. But only they assure us but no refund against the ticket cancellation. Kinly help to receive the refund.

              I was traveling from madurai to mumbai at 6-feb-2023 on 16:00 hrs and during that delay was upto 1 hr for departure and same today also same flight I was booked to madurai to mumbai then again it was delayed upto 30 min. Why always doing same thing. Your company can not able to run flight business on time. Your always loosing your credibility and loyalty

                We had wtitten on [protected]@spicejet.com on 7th February but we did not get any unique number for any response to our email since then.

                We flew Dubai from Mumbai on 1st Feb flight number SG 14, PNR - UDPHUJ. On arrival at Mumbai 0630 hrs and after waiting for 45 min for our luggage, we were informed that our 6 bags were off-loaded in Dubai itself. We were not alone, there were 20-30 passengers who did not get their bags. The person who was giving the information was extremely rude when passengers asked for the reason for missing bags. Instead of responding to the concerns of passengers, he kept on arguing with them.

                We were then given some forms to fill with bags description, house address, contact details etc. We were told that bags will be delivered within a day. We waited for 2 days and did not get any calls, no one answered the calls at the airport. We had to send a family to the airport . We had business travel so we couldn't go ourselves. In the form, this person was authorised to collect the bags on our behalf.

                The family member had to wait at the airport for 3 hours and was told there was only 1 bag out of 6 bags that had been identified. Rest of the bags were untraceable. 1 bag we got was broken. The staff was completely ignorant of our concerns and continued to misbehave with the family member when asked why the bags are taking so much longer.
                We again went to the airport the next day to collect the remaining 5 bags and this process again took 2 hrs.

                So much harassment is completely unacceptable.

                WE WANT A COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE TROUBLES, EXPENSES TO GO TO THE AIRPORT, TIME SPENT AT THE AIRPORT, BROKEN BAG.

                  Hi all,
                  This is to your notice that SpiceJet airlines at IXB station has their own rules. I had a cabin luggage and a backpack where I had carried my laptop. I was asked to weigh both the luggage and pay extra amount of ₹3600/-. I accept the fact that my cabin luggage was 2 kgs extra and I was ready to pay for it but why weigh my laptop bag? I’m a frequent traveler and have never seen such kind of scenario in other stations. When asked to the ground rep.she informed that it’s applicable in all the station, which is completely a wrong statement.
                  I also saw a ground staff standing at the boarding gate with a weighing scaler and another staff member with a card swiping machine. They were literally weighing the luggage of passengers with two luggage and creating a chaos and havoc to the passengers. This is completely not acceptable if the airlines is looking forward for customer satisfaction.
                  First, I had to pay extra amount and second the passengers had to face issue at the boarding gate. This is completely not ethical and have not ever seen in any other station throughout India.
                  Requesting the team to look into this and try to refund my amount which was not applicable for the extra laptop bag.

                    Who faced the same issue, read my message.
                    I spent 4 months talking to spicejet, but they didn’t do anything.
                    At the same time I raised transaction cancellation via my bank support. They made some another request to visa and after a few months bank returned me the money spicejet took. I don’t know how it worked out for me, but my advice to you is to raise the request via your bank, spicejet is just scam who steals money

                      Raise transaction cancellation via your bank, I don’t know why it worked, but my bank returned me money for this transaction just today. Although it took a few months as well to wait for the approval

                        We were 12 members flying from Delhi to Ahmedabad on a SpiceJet flight SG 193 on 12th Feb at 8:30 PM. Our PNR Number is CJ4VFR and WJZLWX.
                        When I tried to web check-in around 5:45 PM I came to know the flight had already departed around 1:40 PM. We did not get any intimation from SpiceJet via email, sms, or phone call.

                        I called up SpiceJet customer care and they tried to put us in next available flight but they did not have any tickets available for the next 2 days. so I had no choice but to cancel the tickets and get a full refund. They agreed to a full refund and started the process.

                        However, because there was no intimation. I had purchased last minute ticket from the airline and it cost me 65000 Rs more than usual.

                        This was the carelessness of the airline and I want to file a claim against them.

                          I was supposed to be flying out from Dubai to Mumbai on the 18th of December. My flight was initially booked for the 13th of December, however on the 11th of December I made the change in my flight ticket on the Spice Jet website to fly on the 18th of December. I have a credit card charge to confirm this change as well. I checked on the Spice Jet website on the 17th and it said that the flight is on the 13th of December, however I had already PAID for a change in this flight.
                          I had to be in Mumbai for some important family issues and the only thing the agents kept telling me was that there's nothing they could do. When I asked for a manager or supervisor they had every excuse available, from no supervisor would be able to help me, to there's no one in the office, to anything they could to keep me from getting on the phone with some sort of manager or supervisor or anyone. I had to buy another ticket last minute and spend a lot of money on a flight.
                          When I initially called Spice Jet and spoke to the customer care executive, she said all I would have to do is write an email and you would refund me the money right away. I have been calling Spice Jet almost every single day and all I have been hearing is that it is coming, then someone said that Spice Jet has issued a refund but they can't tell me the amount, then someone else said that they assured me in 24 hours I would get a response to my email saying that I would get a refund but then when I called back they said oh no wait for 72 hours. Every single time I waited, I never got a single response. I have had to call back and explain the situation EVERY single time. They have consistently refused to give any sort of solution to this issue. They've been giving me the run around for 2 months now, and I still haven't gotten anything.
                          This is the first time I flew with Spice Jet but I can say with conviction I will NEVER work with Spice Jet again.
                          There was not even any communication from Spice Jet regarding this supposed no-show. If someone had contacted me, even sent me an email about this, then at least I would have 5 days to get some sort of solution before I had to fly.
                          At this point, I just want a refund from SpiceJet so that I can finally stop dealing with them.

We lost items in the baggage, and some items are damaged. We have been chasing the [protected]@spicejet.com since then and yet we are not getting a satisfactory response as they are saying, ignoring all the hassles and delays we had to face, that they are not responsible for any of these and that they cannot pay us more than 3000 inr which is not even equivalent to the baggage we have lost. they are making us feel like they are doing some great favor to us that no one has ever received

                                    Dear sir or madam

                                    Am fed up with spicejet airline's refund process. On 8th jan 2023, i have add an add-on service but the service was not added to the ticket and rs 8997 money was detected from my account.
                                    Spicejet booking pnr ydt83g: 08 jan 2023 dubai-kozhikode for mr. Paramel saloman
                                    I have raised a complaint regarding this incident but no action has been taken simply in the mail (Our corner team looking).
                                    And the worst part of each mail i have to wait 72 hours. Till now i have done 53 emails.
                                    One month over still no proper update from their end simply say they have called you regarding this but till now i didn't get any calls.
                                    Now i have to pay an extra amount to hdfc bank as the statement generated will spice jet bear that additional amount?
                                    I have attached all the details below.

                                      Lost baggage
                                      I lost my checked in baggage on 10th November 2022 on my flight from Dubai to mumbai . Even after contacting customer relations of Spicejet no one got back to us. We had the most important items in our bag and no one cares?? This is your customer service? This horrible service has costed us lost of thousands and worst flight experience ever. Where is our bag? It’s lost since more than a week and no one cares to find it and revert back to us?? FIND US OUR BAG.

                                        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                        I would like to lodge a complaint against the SpiceJet authorities for the harassment which we had to face on 5th February, 2022 at Pune International Airport. Please find the events which occurred on that day in detail below:

                                        1) I had booked two flight tickets from Pune to Kolkata (PNR: QB5SJP/ SG, Booking Ref. No:[protected] for the passenger names, which was scheduled at 5:15 PM. (File Name: SpiceJet Tickets)

                                        2) I had received a text message from SpiceJet asking me to come an hour earlier to the airport for check-in. I arrived at 4:15. (File Name: Screenshot_2023_0208_233702)

                                        3) Once I went to the airport, there was a queue at the SpiceJet counter, and like any other customer, I was waiting in the queue with my fellow passengers.

                                        4) The time my turn came up, it was about 4:40 PM, and we were denied entrance, saying that we were late. I did not understand the man's words as I had followed whatever was asked of me.

                                        5) After asking several times, me and my mother were harassed as were heckled out by the SpiceJet staff off the airport, and were instead asked to book the same ticket for the next day.

                                        6) To my surprise the next day, the flight took off at 6 PM, a time which was easily achievable the day prior given my time of arrival. (In the File: Screenshot of IMG_20230206_173212, you can see the screenshot of the details of the Image "IMG_20230206_173212", which apparently shows the departure at 4:50 PM, yet we were all standing in the queue at 5:32 PM).

                                        I am extremely shocked and disappointed at how SpiceJet treats its customers. I'd like to lodge a formal complaint against the behavior and ask for a rightful refund for my denied journey on 5th February, 2022.
