I received auto generated massage informing that my flight (PNR :AHM6VX ) from Dubai to Delhi, on 8th June 2023, to be 16:10 departure instead of 00:05 Departure, which will cost me to miss my work meeting in Delhi 11:00 am, further to the challenge that I have to book one more night in one of Dubai hotel as I was planning to travel evening.
that was after already cancelled my earlier flight which was from Dubai to Delhi on 8th June 11:10 from Dubai which makes me to reschedule my meeting at the first place and now after I did reschedule again, I lost the trust from my work management, thinking that I am playing games. and possibility for Misconduct related to my timing change, multiple times.
personally, i got frustrated from the changes in my plans due to spice jet unprofessional actions, further to the extra fees I have to pay for extra night in Dubai hotel additional to the trouble I am facing at my work.
further to my feeling as i been ignored by the company all the way first by cancelling my first ticket and later when they reschedule again without my permission.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the resolution offered for my damaged baggage issue on Spicejet flight no. SG-54, which I traveled on January 27, 2023. Despite my previous attempts to resolve this matter, I am yet to receive a satisfactory response.

    As a passenger on that flight, I experienced significant damage to my brand new trolley bag. Immediately upon discovering the damage, I promptly filed a complaint report at the Spicejet office located in the airport. Since then, I have diligently followed up on the progress of my complaint for the past two weeks.

    Regrettably, the resolution provided by Spicejet thus far has been inadequate. I was informed that they were willing to offer compensation of Rs.800.0, which I respectfully rejected. Considering the fact that the trolley bag damaged was brand new and cost Rs.7678.0, it is evident that the compensation amount is unjustifiable and does not reflect the actual value of the item.

    I kindly request that you review my case once again and reconsider the compensation amount. Given that the damage to my baggage was significant, I believe it is only fair to be provided with a full refund equivalent to the cost of the trolley bag, which is Rs.7678.0. I trust that Spicejet understands the importance of customer satisfaction and will take appropriate measures to rectify this situation.

    Please let me know the necessary steps to proceed further in this matter and provide me with an update on the progress of my complaint.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

      I had a flight dated 13/05 from Guwahati to Jaipur, but it got cancelled by Spicejet on 10/05 . I had filed for a complete refund but I haven't received it yet . Please look into the matter as soon as possible .

        I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience my parents had during their journey with “Spice jet” .The purpose of this letter is to formally lodge a complaint about the significant delay of their flight and the subsequent missed connecting flight, resulting in unnecessary inconvenience, financial loss, and emotional distress.

        - Departure: SRX (City) - DEL (City)
        - Flight Number: SG8475

        - Delay Duration: More than 3 hours

        First and foremost, I would like to emphasize the lack of communication and transparency exhibited by spice jet The flight SG8475 was delayed for more than 3 hours without any prior information or updates provided to the passengers. This unanticipated delay caused my parents significant distress and uncertainty, particularly considering my father's status as a senior citizen and my mother's medical condition. It is disheartening to see the airline fail to prioritize the well-being and comfort of its passengers, especially those who require extra assistance.

        Moreover, the consequences of this delay were far-reaching, as my parents missed their connecting flight UK993 from DEL to MUM. The cost of rebooking another flight from Delhi to Mumbai amounted to approximately INR 27000, which is a substantial financial burden for my family. The airline's failure to ensure a seamless connection has not only resulted in financial loss but has also caused unnecessary mental and physical strain on my parents, who were already dealing with the challenges of senior age and medical issues.

        Given the circumstances, I kindly request that spice jet takes immediate action to address the following:

        1. Compensation: I expect you to reimburse the full amount of INR 27000 incurred for the rebooking of the missed connecting flight, as well as any additional expenses my parents may have incurred due to the disruption caused by the flight delay.

        2. Apology: I request a formal apology from spice jet to my parents for the inconvenience, distress, and physical discomfort they experienced during their journey. An acknowledgement of the emotional and physical toll this incident took on my parents' well-being is crucial to restoring their faith in your airline.

        3. Improvement in Communication: I urge “Spice jet” to reassess its communication protocols and ensure that passengers are promptly informed of any flight delays or schedule changes. Transparent and timely updates via SMS, email, or announcements at the airport would greatly enhance the passenger experience and minimize the anxiety caused by uncertainty.

        I hope that “Spice jet” takes this matter seriously and acknowledges the impact of its actions on its customers. I trust that you will address this complaint promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution to rectify the inconveniences faced by my parents.

        I expect to receive a response from spice jet within reasonable time frame from the date of this letter. Please provide a detailed account of the actions taken to address my concerns and the proposed compensation. Failure to respond adequately to this complaint may result in further action, including seeking legal remedies to recover the financial losses and emotional distress caused by this incident.

          My daughter christinadhillon travel today 14-05-23 from Sri Amritsar Sahib to Patna Sahib. Spice person SpiceJet while checking misbehaved with my daughter due to overweight of luggage. She also want to pay for overweight luggage. But security person not want to listen her regular and insist to get proper 15 kg weight. But other student get 25 kg luggage. security person forced her to get Back her books and other documents to parents . due to short time of flight I was unable to contact that person. Please look into this matter.

              I was trying to book a ticket on 25.01.2023 from mumbai to dubai . It happend that, the money got deducted from my account but due to server issue the ticket did not booked . I have raised my concern to spicejet people with around 27 mails, still I have not got any solution for my refund . I have connected to my bank as well and they have informed me that the money has been credited to spicejet account on 27.01.2023. Please help me to file a legal case if this can be resolved quickly .

                I had flight from Mumbai to Varanasi on 27th April. The booking of my family was done 2 months before.
                I planned my journey hotel booking, return flight everything and then they cancelled my flight. They just notified this with with one single SMS that I missed to read. There was no call. Even the day before my flight I was doing web check-in no where they mentioned that the flight is cancelled. Instead the web page is asking to book desired seat, food and in the end it shows web check-in not possible, proceed to airport's check-in counter to get the boarding. How can somebody will think that the flight is cancelled. Atleast it should be highlighted during web check-in page.
                Simultaneously I am getting SMS from Spicejet informing me to get to airport 2hr before your flight, book taxi from mumbai...blah blah..
                In such scenario how it is possible to know that your flight is cancelled? Even reaching airport I even tried to call spicejet helpline number that can up to switched off.
                What kind of service is this?
                It was a huge mental torture for my family. There was no other flight.. not even connecting flight. The staff didn't want to help us as they were saying SMS was send.
                Do you really think, just 1 SMS is enough to reach out to your customers.

                  Please help me with the issue of SpiceJet of Delay flight the flight was 9:35 it changed to 3:30 that had no issue then it change to 5 o'clock now they are saying it will be 8 o'clock
                  I was travelling for my work from Asansol to Surat [pnr[protected] of Indian railways] I have booked my flight [pnr F7RMYY] to reach my home town Asansol from Bombay to durgapur at 9;35 am so i can get back to work as early I have booked train ticket Surat to Bombay [pnr [protected] OF INDIAN RAILWAY]to catch flight TO MY HOME TOWN
                  I WAS RUDELY BEHAVE BY THE EMPLOYEE AT COUNTER OF SPICE JET BY SAYING That I HAVE NO ISSUE With YOU PROBLEM WHICH I WAS FACING OF DELAY FLIGHT 9;35 to 3;30 the 5;00 o clock
                  After that we had informed at 4;30 that plz take 4:30 refreshment as your flight is again delay by 8 o'clock.

                    I was travelling on 16th April from Jeddah to Srinagar. Spicejet lost my checked-in luggage of two units. Have been a week no response from the airline apart from please be patient. Flying next week back to Europe without my belongings. Was not expecting this worst experinece by spicejet.

                      The most fraud airlines ever seen they need to refund my amount since 4 months. Still they have not given any resolution when they are refunding. They are not even responding my email as well as they are not picking my calls. This is case of customer harrassment and i will not accept this. You spicejet what the hell you think you are don't you have shame left and not think it's someone else money which should be refund. I want clear clarity and call response that when i will get my refund.

                        Travelled from Chennai to Delhi in spice jet flight. Flight No.SG8104 PNR No.RYU4FP. Handed over 3 baggage but received 2 baggage only. I have clothes worth Rs.40000/-. It is more than 1 week and they is no response from spice Jet even though daily follow up. There is no proper response from Spice Jet. Either they have to find my baggage or compensate me Rs.50000/- for cloth and bag cost.

                          I had booked 3 tickets from spicejet website on 08/04/2023.
                          They had deducted my money and didnot provide my ticket .
                          Today i received an email from dubai spicejet office as below

                          I cant wait for 15 business days to refund my money back, or else you have my money in your account . Book me my ticket which i had already booked .

                            Today SG-8472 is delayed for more than 3 hours and spicejet denied to provide complimentary meals to the flyers who arrived the airport before 11 am, the flight was scheduled for 1325 hours which got rescheduled at 1645 hours today and the behavior of their customer relationship staffs are rude.

                              Scammers are gathering details from this forum to contact you and scam you out of money pretending to give you a refund. Please don't give out any banking details on here or to the scammer. I just had a call from a guy who claimed to be from Spicejet but was a Vijay Laxmi trying to scam me of Rs/47500 with a code which if I had entered would have wiped my account of 47500. BEWARE!!!

                                I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on a complaint I made regarding my laptop being taken away by the Spice Jet Authority at Dubai terminal.

                                As per my last email, I asked for an update on the status of my laptop and requested further information about the steps taken to resolve this issue. However, I have not heard back from you yet.

                                I understand that there might be some delays in resolving this issue but it has been over 9 months (273 days ) since I submitted my complaint and I am starting to get worried. It would be great if you could kindly provide me with an update as soon as possible. we requested before following point

                                1) my personal laptop take from Spice Jet Authority ay Dubai terminal 1 DXB to Pune flight dated 01/07/2022
                                2) This rule for baggage & Indian passer act and baggage rule 2016
                                3) Please arrange for the returns laptop ASAP

                                  RE:PNR OH994X/SG. I broke my wrist from a fall 4 days into my holiday i.e.4th Jan23 in Mumbai. I had a trip planned to Goa from 5th to 10th Jan23. I immediately let spice jet know after going to the hospital that I needed to change the date of the return journey from Goa to Mumbai from the 10th of January to the 8th as surgery was planned on that day in Mumbai. The travel agent was not accommodating. She charged an extra circa Rs/-9000 for the change of date in spite of me sending all the letters and Xray's from the hospital to customer service on the 5th of Jan. I am trying to get them to refund the monies as it should never have been charged as this was exceptional circumstances. Every time I email them, a different customer service agent responds with nothing that is remotely close to a solution. I get fobbed off. I even called and spoke to one of their service agents who was so bad that I had to repeat my information at least 5-6 times for her to grasp. She promised me that since it was her that was forwarding the complaint it will definitely get looked into and will be prioritised. Its been 4 weeks since that call and nothing to date has been done. Spice jet customer service is the worlds worst. Their flights are notoriously late and the staff totally unapologetic. They should not operate as an airline in my humble opinion. I have tons of backup like xrays and other medical records to send but am limited on this platform.

                                    Why you did not inform?

                                    Thanks to our request Khushboo at J13 counter in P10 level switched all 14 o[censored]s to Jodhpur flight. We faced lot of expenses by road travel from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer consequent to this. Why Spice jet staff did not courteously meet us at Jodhpur?

                                    Why did they not give us a small bus or tempo traveller to arrange further travel as we requested at mumbai?

                                    Isn't it the duty of spicejet to do so kindly?

                                    Why spicejet should not be asked to compensate?

                                      I have booked the ticket (PNR : OEPUHA) on Mon, 17 Feb 2020 to fly from Riyadh to Madurai on MON 06 APR, 2020. But I cancelled the to covid restriction. From that time I choose the refund and until now didn't receive the refund.

                                      I sent many emails and called the customer service to get the refund and until now I did not get the payment.

                                        My husband Mayank Mittal travelled by spice jet from Dubai to India..Mumbai..then he had flight from there ro Indore on March 13, 2023.Spicejet left airways left our baggage there only without our knowledge.At the airport two hours he had spent to find this and lodging complaint..where he was assured that his baggage will be sent at home in a day or two.But today it is March 18, five days have passed no information till yet.Infact after several follow ups from our end (not from their end) we are told from past two days it is at Mumbai airport.Too.much of mental trauma..our luggage..medicine all are there..
                                        We need our baggage and compensation dor the same
