Spice Jet Airlines — found some items lost in my checked in luggage

I am traveling to chennai to colombo by spicejet sg1 on 14-aug-19. After collecting my luggage in colombo airport i noticed one of my bag jip was opened and no any items are there..in that portion i have my mobile charger and headphones and some papers. Immediately informed to luggage compliant counter but they didn't respond and told me to check with spicejet.. It makes me a big trouble. Kindly do the needful. I don't know how to claim this loss.
