Was travelling from dubai to pune via flight SG-52 from Dubai to Pune, had checked-in package and was about to board the ground staff denied the boarding for excess weight of 1kg bcos of duty free shopping at dubai airport. Ground staff Mr. Vinay has given very trouble some treatment to me and one more passenger who was denied permission for marginal increase has demanded randsom amount but we denied same. So boarding was denied. Bcos of which we missed flight for finding luggage it took nearly 3 more hours at airport no support by concerned staff. Request for taking action against such ground staff, return on this journey ticket fees and next day journey have to book again and wait for 1 day in dubai cost of same. Request for compensation of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- in Addn to cost mentioned above for 35, 000/-. Request for immediate action else will have to go to consumer court and Aviation grievances against company for fault of concerned employee. Will be waiting till 48 hours after complaint and will take this on social media in addition to above Was this information helpful? |
