Spice Jet Airlines — Horrible service from spicejet | |
I'm a frequent flyer of spicejet since last two years, i have been using atleast two services every three months. My experiences was nice in spicejet and i was happy with that till yesterday. I used sg 092 spicejet from male to cochin on 11th jun 2017, yesterday. I had to carry my 40"tv with me and a lady airline staff treated me like a begger. I tried for a negotiation but she told me either pay 40$ or put it into the waste bin. I never expect such a rude behaviour from an airline staff. Her attitude was like she is paying my air fare by herself. Finally i paid 40 $ in the airport and i have attached the invoice they had given me at the time. But it was a great disappointment that when i open my tv in the next morning, it was broken. I don't know what care they had given to my luggage even i put fragile sticker on it. It is broken in a corner of the led screen and it is now a waste and now i can put it in my waste bin as she said. I'm attaching my tv's photo here. She was enthusiastic to pick the money from me but not to given a better service. Beware of spicejet offers and services. They have treated me very badly and damaged my product as well. It was a sony bravia 40" klv-40w652d model tv cost around 48, 500 indian rupees. Was this information helpful? | |
