Spice Jet Airlines — loss of medicine box

Sir/madam

I am frequent traveler of your airlines. I had traveled with my mother, (Sr citizen, age - 74 years, after about two months being admitted in cmc vellore hospital) from chennai to kolkata flight no - sg 0278 evening flight of 17.45 hrs (Which was delayed by 45 minutes) but this is very unfortunate that after several forehand request to your check in officials at the time of boarding pass that i have two medicine box of each 5 kgs, which comes under hand luggage and those were very costly medicine of my mother. I wanted to take it as my hand luggage, which were much lesser than the permissible limit of hand luggage, but the spicejet person forcefully & very rudely to take those under check in luggage. And also penalize me of rs, 2000/- by forcefully exceeding the weight of the check in luggage unlawfully, to stop me from caring those as hand luggage. With out any alternate way at this juncture i pay the amount and ask him that to mark those boxes as fragile, which is also written in the box by myself also., after that when i arrived at kolkata airport and went to collect my luggage at bay no-5 then found my one medicine box is coming through bay instead of any hand delivery and other box missing. Then & there i told the details to the spicejet representative regarding the medicine box and the urgency of those medicine. But they are very casual and detained me & my sick mother with long conversation for more than 3 hours from 8.30 pm to about 12.00 pm mid night. At last we leave the airport without medicine box and went to charnok hospital to admit my mother after facing lots of hazard. A lot of expenses are going to continue to save the life of my mother due to non availability of medicine box as well as non co-operation of your spicjet representative of kolkata arrival desk airport, as well as delaying a sick patient for long time without offering a glass of water.

However, please strictly look into the matter & do the needful.
