Spice Jet Airlines — luggage damage

This is to inform you that my luggage has been damaged by your company and for that i need a compensation. I had a flight from goa to varanasi via hyderabad on 31st oct 2017. Not to forget my luggage was mentioned fragile and still this happens?? How could somebody be more careless?? First of all your flight gets delayed and i dont even get a mesaage about it!!! And then this happens..# service and # airline.. Never travelling from spicejet again!! Do make a compensation for it! Attaching the pictures and complaint letter.
