Spice Jet Airlines — luggage not received on time | |||
I have booked my flight from dubai to jaipur for 12th april 2019. First of all my flight was delayed by 2 hrs. After landing i went to collect my luggage, after waiting for 2 hrs i came to know my luggage is still in dubai. No one came and informed us that your luggage has not been loaded from dubai. After follwing up with various authorities i got my luggage after 4 days on 16th april 2019. I had to travel all the way from jodhpur to ajmer to collect my luggage as spicejet clearly told we cant deliver on 15th. I went to jodhpur only for 2 days but because of this mess i had to change my itinerary. I had to do all the shopping again which i have done in dubai to attend marriage. The behaviour of spicejet staff at jaipur airport was unacceptable. I want complete refund of my ticket and the shopping i have done worth of inr 50000. Was this information helpful? | |||
