Spice Jet Airlines — miscalculation of baggage fare and mismanagement at mumbai airport | |
I and my wife had to board a flight from mumbai to bangalore at 8:25 am on 03rd july, 2019. We reached airport at 6:00 am and stand in the queue for check-in and my number came at 7:10 as there were only 3 counters open and spicejet employees there are pathetic and super slow. They are unable to manage the queue because of not being proficient and having lack of knowledge. I will give you my example where after reaching the counter, check-in took 20 mins as i have a luggage for which i have to pay and also it crossed the limit of 30kg. But the guy there not even able to calculate the amount need to pay and every time he was calculating wrong amount and then the card paying machine which was not working, even he tried 2 different matching but it didnât work but finally after sometime somehow he manages to take the payment. This is pathetic. Adding to that none of the employees know how to talk to passengers, they are so rude. Next thing is we came to mumbai from bangalore with same luggage and goair has not charged any extra amount though my total baggage weight is 35 kg. They clubbed both weight limit as we donât have any hand baggage but here with spicejet they charged 2000 extra for this.. This is #, i want my money back Was this information helpful? | |
