Spice Jet Airlines — Misleading customer by charging high cancellation fee on a refundable ticket

Hi I am sushant keyal. I have booked ticket from bangalore to ahemdabad via Mumbai for 10th January 2017. The tickets have been booked through goibibo.com. The ticket says it to be refundable and it costed close to 3200 rs. I want to cancel the ticket for which cancellation fee is around 2600. This is a very Ridiculous way of misleading and cheating customer. I would report it to consumer court. As it is very cheaply drafted trap for customers.
