Spice Jet Airlines — non receipt of ticket / or no return of money | |
I have booked one ticket on 30.11.2018 on spice jet to be traveled mct-ahmadabad - bangalore on 01.01.2019 via payment Ref. Psib[protected][protected]billdesk on[protected] and the amount is debited to my account As of now, i didn't received any ticket or no return of money to my account Kindly look into the same and take necessary action. Such types of complaints are indeffinite for all as
the submitter is unable to present the exact reservation.
The duty to provide the passenger with
- his/her full reservation prior to and after the finacial transaction
- the issued receipt
is one of the service provider, which site was used by the submiiter.
it is unclear. which e-mail address / phone number is stated in your possible booking.
You can contact one of the following service providers:
1. The site, where you had tried to reserve with the claim:
I have paid and I have not received my e-ticket to email
- date of of travel
- flight number
- my full surname (spell)
the agent must ask about your e-mail and/or phone no.
Usually, after the correct e-mail confirmation, the air carrier issues the ticket
2. If the above is helpless,
the other solution is to request the refund from your bank by the submissiona written complaint. The refund has to be returned (unblocked) by banker within 15 days following the correct claim receipt.
