Spice Jet Airlines — not giving refund of my booking in bank account due to lock down | |
Travel date 30/04/2020; PNR number fykvxm; journey: ahmedaBAD TO PATNA; passenger name: Sunitadevi Singh nitishkumar singh nishakumari singh As spicejet airline do not giving refund in bank account, as date is also given of feb 2021; as there is no planning to travel till April 2020 any more. They are providing refund in credit shell, as there is no such policy and mentioned any where that refund will not get in bank account, I would request you to cancel the booking and initiate full refund in same mode you have received. I am waiting for your response.
