My flight was scheduled on 10 Feb 2026 at 4:30 p.m. upon reaching the airport, i got to know that my flight is delayed by 6 hrs. 30 mins. at 4:22 pm i got another call from SpiceJet that actually it is now scheduled at 9 pm. We got our lunch at about 4pm as complimentary meal by the airline. Thereafter, we kept waiting on the airport. there was a gate change as well. The flight got further delayed. We started boarding the flight at 9:45pm. The flight finally took off at about 10:20pm. There was no meal catered by the airline thereafter. i asked for a tea, for which i was willing to pay. they could not even provide me that, quoting the reason that there is no meal that could be provided. it was such a pathetic experience for me. we landed at 12;15 am at pune airport. the flight was taxing for another 30 mins. we finally got out of the flight at 01:00 am. it was a harassment for all the passengers on board. the airline must provide us some compensation for such experience.
