Really bad service @Mumbai airport when my family returned from Goa. My parents who were wheelchair bound had to wait for a really long time due to shortage of one wheelchair and exited after nearly an hour. My mother's walker was damaged when the person assisting my parents put it with the luggage. I am really disappointed that the inconvenience and discomfort caused even after paying an additional amount for them to be taken care of. Was this information helpful? | |||

PNR -C8QY4G kochi_male have been cancelled on 14th May. But I have not received the refund yet, even after talking to two of your customer care agent. Both of them promised the refund on that particular day itself. Hope you would do the needful as soon as it reaches. (Payment made by sbi debit card). Prasad Karthikeyan
