Spice Jet Airlines — Refund not received for cancelled ticket

I booked a Spicejet ticket for travel from Mumbai to Chennai on 01.01.2015 by flight no:SG 272, with departure time of 04.40 p.m.(PNR No: 'M9E92Q - Passenger Name: Ms.Basil Roch). On 22/12/2014, I received a message from Spicejet that the flight has been changed with the revised departure time of 08:20 p.m. As the flight is delayed by more than 3 hours, I cancelled the ticket using the option 'For refund if flight is rescheduled by more than 90 minutes'. I got a messge on the screen that the ticket was cancelled and Rs.2336/= (after deducting Rs.1600/=) would be credited to my account. But I have not yet received the amount.However no transaction id was provided. I sent a complaint on 25.01.2015 for which an automated reply only was received. When I insisted for some concrete reply, I was asked to contact the helpline number[protected]. After much efforts a person answered the call on 29.01.2015 and informed me that there were some issues in the company and hence the delay and he assured me that I would get the refund surely within a week. When I did not receive the money, I contacted the same number again only to be told that the ticket was never cancelled as per their records. I find such typical complaints posted in this website by many others. Spicejet is playing a cheap and dirty game on the passengers. I would be much obliged if you can take up the issue and get me the refund at the earliest.
