Spice Jet Airlines — request for providing travel certificate or tax invoice for my journey

Hello,
SG-3562 Spicejet flight is delayed today(14 July 2018) by 4 hours 15 minutes and there is no prior initimation of the delay to the travellers.

So, on account of this continued delay, I need a refund of 20000 INR + Airline fare as per DGCA policy applicable.

I have travelled from Mumbai to Kanpur on 23/04/2022 at 10:50 hrs with Spicejet flight SG429. My PNR number for this journey was V5VRWR. I need Tax invoice for this journey. I request you to kindly provide me tax invoice for the journey on my mail asap. I had tried to get the same through customer care helpdesk but it has been more than 15 days that my issue has not been resolved. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same.
