I booked flight SG-151 from New Delhi to Bengaluru on 27th May 2025 at 20:20 PM. The flight got delayed by airline to 28th May 2025 at 20:20 PM then got rescheduled to 22:50 PM on 28th May 2025 and again got rescheduled to 1:50 AM on 29th May 2025.
I called the support team and asked to give me alternate flight as the time is 1 50 am and with a child I cant travel alone. They gave me one more flight at 10 30 am on 29th May 2025 but a connecting one via Darbhanga with only 1 hour 30 mins layover where they didnt mention to me if checkin - luggage will be self transferred or transferred by myself.
After doing the changes to 10 30am, I checked the flight history and saw that flight from Delhi reaches late to Darbhanga and they are high chances I will miss my flight to Bengaluru. I called them at 1 00pm IST on 28th May 2025 for a refund as the flight usually gets delayed and then I will be stuck at Darbhanga.
SPICEJET team denied REFUND to me.
Please HELPPPP.
I have to travel on 27th may 2025 and now will travel on 29th May 2025, it has been such inconvenience for me and mental torture. I want court to look into this matter and get me a full refund alongwith a compensation. Was this information helpful? |
