Spice Jet Airlines — Rude and abusive behaviour | |
Today, I.e 22nd of Feb 2021, I Pankaj Sonak and Ghanshyam Jawale were not allowed to board SpiceJet flight to Jabalpur from Mumbai - Sg2842 by their staff Mr. Abdul, who rudely and abusively obstructed us from doing so, inspite of 5 mins remaining for the gate closure . There was also problem of SpiceJet QR code on the mobile boarding pass, which created immense inconvenience to us . For which we were issued paper boarding passes from the counter there as, it was clear that we were on time for the flight . Was this information helpful? | |

Myself and Mr Pankaj was scheduled to travel to Jabalpur from Mumbai by flight No. SG 2842But even after reaching boarding gate 30 min before we were not allowed to board the flight. In this regard I want to make following points.
1) We had mobile boarding passes of which QR CODE was not getting scanned at flap gates.
2) We went to counter and got boarding passes printed and reached boarding gates 30 min before flight departure time where we were told that this flight was standing far away from boarding gate so we closed the gate hence you can not board now.
3) If we were so late then why we were issued a printed boarding pass ?
4) For us It was very important to go to Jabalpur so we booked other flight of go air for Nagpur via which we can reach Jabalpur in 4 hrs time as there are no other direct flights are available to go to Jabalpur. But after multiple calls no spicejet staff came to take us through security area as we had flight to catch.
5) Finally staff came after more then 1 hour and by that time go air refused us boarding passes as only 45 min were remaining for departure of the flight and we missed that flight also.
We had extremely important business meeting scheduled at Jabalpur that day and this entire carelessness & rudeness of spicejet staff resulted in loss of huge business.
SPICEJET HAS TO COMPENSATE FOR THIS MENTAL HARASSMENT WHICH WE WENT THROUGH WITHOUT OUR FAULT.
