[Resolved] Spice Jet Airlines — spice jet not bothered to provide wheelchair at mumbai airport | |||
The Passenger 80 years of age was traveling from Surat to Mumbai by Spice Jet SG 2763. Inspite of booking the wheel chair for the passenger, at Mumbai Airport neither in the aircraft nor at the airport there was provision of wheel chair. Not at all reliable airline. Not bothered about customer care. As family member, I would not think of Spice Jet for booking for any future travel or suggest to my friends and family. Infact, I would warn them to avoid travel by this careless airline. The ticket was booked through Yatra.com. Was this information helpful? | |||
