Spice Jet Airlines — Ticket not booked but amount deducted from my credit card | |||
I tried booking ticket through IVR at spice jet customer care. Due to technical problem the amount debited from my CITI bank credit card didn't show up in Spicejet's account. The amount is Rs 3497. Atleast this was told by the customer care representative. All this happened on[protected]. I was asked to raise the complaint for which the number is this - CR/337134/2015. I was told to try again later as the problem was happening at that time. I tried again on 8/02/2015 and that time it went through fine. I am still waiting for the payment reversal to happen, and it is almost 2 weeks passed without any help. I have called multiple times to the customer care and during that time I came to know that there is some approval number which was needed. II provided the same (approval code - 711115)but still doesn't see any payment refund. Requesting somebody responsible to take it up. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have booked my ticket through spicejet website. The money is deducted from my credit card but no booking has taken place. Please refund my money to credit card
