Spice Jet Airlines — Travel rescheduled

Ref PNR No. KFEE9Q SpiceJet Flight SG-2963 Travel on[protected] from Chennai Airport to Tuticorin Airport.
As I inquired about reschedule procedure through phone on[protected], Spicejet consumer attendant told me for any change of travel I should pay extra money. Since I did not want to pay more money, I told him I was not interested to reschedule. Even though Sicejet rescheduled my travel plan without my constant, sent link to pay extra money and forced me to travel on[protected] by SpiceJet Flight SG-9967 and subsequently they cancelled my ticket for[protected] travel. When I asked them Compensation and total refund of ticket through mail they replied to me that change was done as per passenger's request, and they initiated refund of Rs 502/= against ticket cost Rs.9245/=The fact is no request raised by me or my co traveller and I did not get any communication prior change of such reschedule.
