Spice Jet Airlines — Unethical behavior

My another worst experience with spice jet. Before I share I would like you inform about my previous complaint, where my luggage was badly broken by spicejet ground staffs and on complaining I was told that I will not get any help from Spice jet because i didn't complaint about it at the airport. (Its just a way to escape from customers complaints, customers can't dream about the company policies until unless they inform regarding the correct process of lodging a complaint).

Further to this I decided to not to tavel by spice jet but unfortunately i gave another chance to spice jet by travelling to delhi from bangaluru on 19/11/16 at 12:10 AM. First of all like always the flight was delayed by 1 hour and this happened with me for the third time. The crew members in the craft were highly unprofessional by the way they were chit chatting among themselves. On requesting them to change the emergency exit seat to some other seat by my co-passenger the response we heard was please lodge a complaint so that these people of spice jet at ground understands how difficult it is for us to manage in the craft as we cannot change the seat, the flight is full. Also, on asking for water twice we were getting it only after pressing the assistance button above the seat. Anyways somehow with the frustration i traveled with your airline.

Now coming up to my another flight which was scheduled on 20/11/16 from delhi to bengaluru at 8:55 PM. I was travelling from jalahandar, punjab and as there is no airport i decided to travel by train and booked the best possible train I can. Due to some political issues the train was stopped at Amritsar by the government officials and it got delayed by 4 hours. My hard luck expecting some help from spice jet. I traveled with hell lot of difficulties till Delhi by some other train expecting to reach on time but unfortunately that train also got delayed on the way, and I have enough proofs to show that what exactly was the situation. On reaching Delhi airport I entered airport around 10:00 PM out of all the pathetic staffs got one really helpful person (don't remember the name i guess Mr. Basil) he helped and guided me with further steps.

Expecting the same courtesy from other staffs I went to travel booking counter in Delhi. But as always I wrongly expected from spice jet for helping the customers specially during trouble. The staffs at the counter was too rude. I can still consider the person who did billing for me was somewhat decent to refuse that he can't help me. The another fellow who was sitting over there was too rude to even listen my request. I don't know his name but he was sitting in the left side of the counter.

The thing was one day one of my friend missed the flight and was in same condition but the airline helped him by adjusting the amount o[censored]pcoming flight with what all he has paid for the flight missed (Can't imagine spicejet will ever do this) . BUT IN MY GENUINE CONDITION THE STAFFS NOT AT ALL HELPED ME, ALSO WERE TOO RUDE TO CALM DOWN A PERSON WHO IS IN DIFFICULT SITUATION. THERE IS A WAY TO SAY NO TO CUSTOMER YOU CANNOT GET RUDE IF ONE IS REQUESTING YOU FOR SOMETHING.

I was requesting to adjust my amount and try for some refund from previous flight which i have missed but the staffs gave me excuse of saying manager is not there he has left at 9 so we cannot do anything. I requested them to call and check with the manager but no one bothered and they again said they can't call. Only during exceptional case they will call the manager. I WANT TO KNOW IF MY CASE WAS NOT EXCEPTIONAL AND GENUINE THAN WHAT CASES ARE CONSIDERED AS EXCEPTIONAL BY THE MANAGERS. Is it i need to be known person to him to get my work done??? They didn't helped me not even called the manager and further to this they were really rude while handling my case. I understand the protocols but it is not that the airlines do not help customers in need my friend was helped but i was not in the same situation. That means the system is corrupt and they don't have defined criteria of considering the cases. At least they should have a Manager on Duty if the staffs are not competent enough to handle the customers. After all this drama, while payment I told them i don't have cash, but just old notes. Billing amount came to be 8, 293. I gave 9 notes of 1000 Rs. because at airports i was told it is accepted and no further condition was put. But the staff told me to pay 293 separately as they don't have change. I said i don't have change and card won't be working so please consider this. But to this also i didn't got any help as they refused to accept 1000 rs note. Somehow i had last 300 bugs with me which the team took and on reaching Bangalore I had nothing left to travel to my house. Further to that i only know how i managed to end my day with such a great support from SPICE JET.

Last but not the least, I am really great full to see the worst of spice jet and the courteous and helpfulness of the staffs. Specially that one billing person who was unnecessary jumping in between when i was talking to other billing staff and was unnecessary getting rude.

Thank you so much one again. IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES NO ONE SHOULD TRUST SPICE JET FOR ANY HELP.
