Dear Prashant,

I am very much disappointed with your reply. I am not sure how you say that you can change the baggage rules. You can implement the new baggage rules for the new tickets issued from the revised date but not for the tickets issued earlier. So, it is very clear that it is unsafe to use your services because you can change the rules at any time.

Thanks for giving clear picture of your poor services and responses. I will take it seriously in future to opt for your services.

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Kindly note that excess baggage fee has been revised effective 18 Aug 2017. Passenger having excess baggage beyond free allowance of 15 Kg will be charged INR 300/- per Kg (16th Kg onwards) on all domestic flights.

Further for your information, excess baggage fee/charges are subject to change without any prior notice to the passengers.

As per our records, passenger had an excess weight of 04 Kg in check-in luggage hence an amount of INR 1, 200/- was levied as excess baggage fee.

Hello,

As per my flight ticket, the excess baggage charges are Rs100/kg from 16-20 Kgs. But I have been charged more at the airport on the revised rate. Since I have done booking long back and the charges should be as per my ticket. I am very much upset with your services and the people serving at the channai airport. Please arrange to refund the excess amount charged to me at the earliest.
