Sir I purchased spice MI 437 on 30 Nov 2013 from noida IMEI No. [protected] after 26 days o[censored]sage the mobile stopped charging/holding battery I submitted the mobile battery at in sector 15 authorised service center they returned the battery after 10 days but the problem was same next day I resubmit the mobile in service center the behaviour and attitude of service center staff was very bad they told it will take 15-20 days on 25 Jan 2014 service center called me that my mobile is repaired I reached service center on 27 Jan 2014 but the problem in mobile was not rectified in service center itself I put the mobile on charging after waiting for 02 hours the mobile not charged the mobile was came back from company without repair same time I again submit the mobile to service center and spoke to consumer care many times via reference No. [protected] but result was same that your mobile is under repair at last on 19 Feb 2014 I got SMS that my mobile is repaired and ready for delivery on 20 Feb 2014 I reached service center at sec 15 noida I got mobile and i started charging the mobile in front of service center staff but problem was same third time mobile was returned without repair to confirm I charged the mobile at my home for 10 hours the problem was same the mobile not charging/holding the charge I am mentally very upset with the company from last 02 months today on 22 Feb 2014 I submitted the mobile for fourth time to service center sir please help me regarding this problem please arrange to replace this set for my mental satisfaction.
