[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — Delay in service and service charge in warrenty period | |||
I had purchased spice mobile mi-451 on April 30, 2014, IMEI -[protected]. After 3 months of service it stop displaying screen suddenly.I take it to service center on 25th July, after diagnosing customer support agent told me that some display IC is malfunctioning and it needs to be replaced. He told me to pay Rs1650 /- for that and deposited my phone. Why I have to pay as my phone stop functioning within 3 months after purchase and is still in warranty period? Its not my fault.Till today 24-Aug-2014 problem is not rectified. What kind of service "SPICE" mobile is providing to there customers?, I think this is my worst experience with this "SPICE" mobile providers and I will discourage any one in my knowledge going to buy this product.
