I bought a new spice mobile MI-426 on 7th Feb 2014 at Sri Rangantha Communications Rajaji nagr Blore. Bill no 12926. Battery failed in with in Two days. I discussed with the shop owner he told me to give that mobile to service center at rajaji nagar. I gave the mobile to spice service center in Rajajji nagar Bangalore, 22nd Feb 2014. 25th i make a call them they said they are nor able to rectify the problems and they said they will send my mobile to head office to rectify it. Request Number : 10100832E20364. I am not satisfied with your mobiles please replace my moible with good mobile or repay my amount. I am planning to go to Consumer court.
